Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
Made to Order & Bespoke Arrangements Made to order and bespoke arrangement items require 2–3 weeks production time before dispatch. You will be notified once your order is ready to ship. Please factor this into your order timelines, especially for weddings or events.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We ship within the UK and to selected international destinations.

UK Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
International: 7–14 business days
International Shipping Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
United States — Import Duties & Taxes Orders shipped to the United States are subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. As of 2025, all US imports are subject to customs charges regardless of order value. These charges are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and are the sole responsibility of the recipient — they are not included in your order total or shipping charge. Boutique Bouquets is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing. If you have questions about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
EU — Shipping Policy We ship to European Union countries. Estimated delivery times to EU destinations are typically 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location and local postal services. These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applicable in your country are your responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at boutiquebouquetswreaths@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
International Shipping — US, Canada & EU
We are delighted to now offer international shipping to the United States, Canada, and European Union countries.
Production lead time: All items at Boutique Bouquets are handmade to order. Please allow 7–10 working days for your order to be made before dispatch.
Delivery: International orders are shipped via DHL Express (estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch).
Import duties & taxes: Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected upon delivery. We are unable to predict what these charges may be — please contact your local customs office for further information.
Tracking: All international orders are fully tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
