Welcome to Boutique Bouquets. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment must be received in full before we begin work on your order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

2. Made to Order Items

Most of our products are handmade to order with a turnaround time of 2-3 weeks from the date of order confirmation. Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons, and we will notify you of any delays. Rush orders may be available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created specifically to your requirements and are non-refundable once production has begun. We will provide photos or descriptions for your approval before starting work on custom pieces where possible.

4. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. As our flowers are handmade, slight variations in appearance are natural and add to the unique character of each piece.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within our stated turnaround time. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Risk passes to you upon dispatch.

6. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Custom and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless faulty. Ready-made items may be returned in their original condition within 14 days for a refund, minus shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Boutique Bouquets and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Privacy
